The check-in process was incredibly frustrating, taking over 15 minutes. The cleanliness was subpar for a new property, with hairs and lint found in the bathroom. The elevators and lobby needed sweeping, and the overall maintenance was disappointing, which ruined my experience.

Request breakfast items from the menu for quicker service. variety is good and staff are helpful.

The stay included a very quiet hall despite being close to the pool, making it easy to keep an eye on the kids. Breakfast was impressive, especially the salsa omelet, which everyone enjoyed, along with the delightful French pastries. However, there was confusion regarding our reservation on arrival, as they had no record initially. The room was satisfactory, though not what was expected, but the staff handled it well and provided excellent service throughout our stay.

Had a super cozy night! The room was spotless and the beds were very comfy. Enjoyed the free coffee in the lobby which was a nice pick-me-up. The breakfast spread was tasty – I loved the French pastries, but the juice could’ve been better. Also, the Wi-Fi was kinda slow at times.

We had a wonderful stay! The rooms were clean and came with a Keurig Coffee Machine. The young lady hosting breakfast was very accommodating. I particularly enjoyed the salsa omelet and pancakes. We will definitely return for another visit! 😊
